Atteberry Homes is a family owned and operated, semi custom home building company comprised of Paul, Mary, and Ethan Atteberry. Paul founded the company in 2022 after spending 31 years as an Air Traffic Controller at ZKC in Johnson County. Never being one to sit idle, Paul enjoyed retirement for a short time before finding his true calling. After watching one of his own kids struggle to find a home, he saw the need for well built attainable homes in the Kansas City area. Having experience with commercial real estate and few residential home builds and remodels over the years, he decided to take matters into his own hands. Mary joined him on his mission soon after, bringing her organizational skills and computer wizardry from the IT world to the company. A valuable skill set that Paul was missing! Ethan, Paul’s son (4th out of 8 kids),  quit his job of 6 years as a commercial construction project manager to make sure things in the field run smoothly. They each bring their own unique qualifications to the company to ensure that they can produce the best new homes Olathe KS has to offer.

Right now we are building in Wellsville Kansas, just 10 minutes south of Gardner. Currently, we are finishing out a project with only 10 lots left. These homes have been mostly ranch homes in the 1500 to 2500 square foot range. We do have 6 lots available that back up to a small pond, so if a water view is something you desire, act quickly before they are gone! We are always looking to the future for our next build location. We are searching for locations across the Kansas City Metro area to build our next community. Some top choices include Lees Summit with its vibrant downtown, Olathe, Overland Park, and Lenexa for their excellent schools, and North Kansas City for its proximity to the new airport.
