Wellsville, KS is a small growing and thriving community with highly rated schools. Wellsville, KS has built a new elementary and completely remodeled their new high school and junior high. The high school sports program has many accomplishments on both a local and state level. Wellsville, KS has an original brick street for its main street through the downtown area. Along this street there are antique shops, coffee shops, several restaurants including Mexican and Chicago style foods, an event center, several places to grab a night time beverage and more.

Most of our plans have a primary bedroom suite which includes a primary bath suite, a large walk-in closet and direct access to the laundry room from the primary suite closet. Shelves designed to specifically hold canned goods are also available as an option. 

Atteberry Homes has several lines of home plans. We chose different home plans lines for each neighborhood in all communities including new homes Olathe KS. Our first plan to be built in Wellsville, KS at Court Yards of Walnut Creek comes from our Epcon Communities line of home plans. This plan was built for our model home to show many of the options available in the homes we build.

This home is built as a three bedroom one and a half story home with three full bathrooms, a large laundry room with a sink and a two-car garage. This plan also features our signature primary suite with a large walk in closet and direct access to the laundry room. 

Both of these homes are built with 2×6 exterior walls, upgraded insulation packages and air source heat pumps for added economical heating and cooling bills. Our community is one of only a few with home sites with water views. Any of our plans can be built on our remaining home sites and new homes Olathe KS as well.
